Cacao Banana Toast Topper

The perfect winter toast topper combination that will make for a delicious start to your winter mornings!

This recipe is vegan, refined sugar free and packed with nutrition


INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 piece of sourdough bread *gf optional
  • 20g natural peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 1/2 banana
  • Honey / maple syrup *optional
  • 5g Cacao Collective shaved ceremonial grade cacao to sprinkle on top

METHOD: 

    1. Toast your bread in the toaster or under a grill until golden brown. 
    2. Spread peanut butter over your toast and slice up half a banana. 
    3. Lay the banana slices evenly over the toast, drizzle your honey/syrup and sprinkle with shaved ceremonial grade cacao. 
    4. Enjoy!
