When Cacao collective and peanut butter meet frozen banana bites, the consensus is...
Best. Combo. Ever.
These are ridiculously easy to make and are dairy and gluten free.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 20g maple syrup / honey
- 20g Cacao Collective melted ceremonial grade cacao paste
- 20g peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
METHOD:
- Slice up the banana and place each slice on a lined tray and place in the freezer for 15-20min.
- Melt cacao over the stove until runny consistency.
- Remove bananas from the freezer and drizzle the melted cacao, peanut butter and sweetener of choice.
- Return to the freezer to set and enjoy!
