Cacao Fruit + Nut Clusters

An easy, delicious snack that's going to hit that sweet spot in the afternoon. 

These tasty treats are gluten free and dairy free. 

INGREDIENTS 

  • Nuts of your choice (we used a natural trail mix)
  • 20g peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 20g of maple syrup
  • 20g Cacao Collective shaved ceremonial grade cacao paste


METHOD:

    1. To a bowl, add nuts, peanut butter, blueberries, and maple syrup and stir until everything is combined.
    2. With a table spoon, take clumps of the mixture and place them on a lined tray and put into the freezer to set. 
    3. Melt the cacao paste over the stove (and sweetener if you choose) until a runny consistency has formed.
    4. Roll each frozen cluster into the melted cacao until covered and return to the lined tray.  
    5. Enjoy straight away or store in the freezer for later.
