Pb + Choc Overnight Oats

If you are looking for new breakfast ideas, you have to try this recipe - it’s smooth, creamy and so chocolatey! 

Vegan, refined sugar-free, gluten-free and oil-free. 

INGREDIENTS:

- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 Cup + 3 Tbsp Oat Milk
- 2 Tbsp Ceremonial Grade Cacao
- 1 Tbsp Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 Medjool Date (Soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and drained)
- 1/2 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal
- 1/4 Tsp Vanilla

*Optional Topping: 10g melted vegan dark chocolate. 


METHOD:

1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth, and transfer to a jar.

2. *Optional: Use a spoon to spread melted chocolate evenly over the top of the oats.

3. Set in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours (or freezer for 1 hour).
