Sleepy Hot Chocolate 🌙

The perfect bedtime ritual for deep, restorative sleep. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Cacao Collective ceremonial cacao
  • 1 tsp REST Vital Blend
  • 1 cup warm milk (oat or almond work beautifully)
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream (for extra richness)

Instructions:

  1. Warm your milk gently in a saucepan - don't let it boil (around 70°C is perfect)
  2. Add your cacao paste and REST and whisk together using a hand mixer
  3. Add sweetness & spices - stir in honey, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg
  4. Finish with love - swirl in coconut cream for extra creaminess
  5. Sip mindfully while reflecting on the day
