Fudge Tahini Brownies

You need these Fudge Tahini Brownies in your life! Made with only 9 ingredients! 

This recipe is gluten free, dairy free and packed with wholefoods! An easy, delicious dessert that's going to hit that sweet spot in the afternoon. They never get old.  

INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED:

  • 4 scoops of @cacao_collective ceremonial cacao.
  • 2 squares of 70% dark chocolate.
  • 3 tbsp of coconut or avocado oil.
  • 1/3 cup hulled tahini.
  • 2 eggs (can sub for flax egg).
  • 2 tbs of almond milk.
  • 3 tbsp of maple syrup.
  • a tiny bit less than 1/4 cup of coconut sugar.
  • 1/2 cup almond flour & 1/2 cup buckwheat flour (or you can choose 1 cup of either flour).

METHOD:

  1. Bake at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes.
  2. You will need to keep checking on it to make sure it doesn’t overcook. otherwise you will not get the delicious fudgey texture.
  3. Sprinkle a small amount of sea salt ontop while warm, to taste.
