A cosy winter morning treat to support your health and immunity.
This recipe is packed with nutrition, antioxidants and is the perfect way to start your day feeling uplifted and focussed.
- 30g steel cut oats
- 50ml Coconut milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1tsp lions mane
- 10g maple syrup
- 20g Cacao Collective shaved ceremonial grade cacao paste
- Sliced strawberries, banana or fruit of choice (to top with)
- 1 tsp peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- To your breakfast bowl, add steel cut oats, ceremonial grade cacao, 1tsp lions mane, coconut milk and maple syrup.
- Microwave for 90s or cook over the stove on low heat until everything is combined and cooked through.
- Add your favourite toppings, we used sliced strawberries, banana, granola and peanut butter.
