Immune-Boosting Porridge

A cosy winter morning treat to support your health and immunity. 

This recipe is packed with nutrition, antioxidants and is the perfect way to start your day feeling uplifted and focussed. 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 30g steel cut oats 
  • 50ml Coconut milk (or any milk of choice) 
  • 1tsp lions mane  
  • 10g maple syrup 
  • 20g Cacao Collective shaved ceremonial grade cacao paste
  • Sliced strawberries, banana or fruit of choice (to top with) 
  • 1 tsp peanut butter (or nut butter of choice) 


METHOD:

    1. To your breakfast bowl, add steel cut oats, ceremonial grade cacao, 1tsp lions mane, coconut milk and maple syrup.
    2. Microwave for 90s or cook over the stove on low heat until everything is combined and cooked through.
    3. Add your favourite toppings, we used sliced strawberries, banana, granola and peanut butter.
