Natural Blood Pressure Support 🩸
Contains 40% theobromine, a gentle vasodilator that helps maintain healthy blood pressure without medication side effects. Perfect for those watching their numbers.
Artery Protection That Works 🫀
Cacao increases nitric oxide production in your artery walls. Nitric oxide is like a natural Teflon coating - it keeps your arteries smooth, flexible, and prevents harmful substances from sticking.
Magnesium You Can Absorb 🌿
Unlike hard-to-digest supplements, our cacao provides 70mg of bioavailable magnesium—crucial for maintaining regular heart rhythm as we age.
Shields Against LDL 'Bad' Cholesterol 💪
The polyphenols in cacao - particularly epicatechin and catechin - act like molecular bodyguards, intercepting free radicals before they can damage your cholesterol. A landmark study found that people who consumed high-flavonoid cacao showed a 28% reduction in oxidised LDL levels within just 4 weeks!
Here's What Happens After 30 Days ⬇️

Benefits That Compound Over Time:
Based on several studies, benefits come from consuming ceremonial cacao daily for at least 30 days.
Day 1
Gentle Support
After just 30 minutes, you may experience a gentle lift in energy, reduced heart rate, improved relaxation, calm focus and feelings of joy.
Week 1
Heart Rhythm Support
Your heart begins receiving 70mg of bioavailable magnesium daily. Heart rhythm irregularities start to decrease.
Week 2
Blood Flow & Circulation
Up to 47% improvement in blood flow as nitric oxide production increases. Endothelial function (artery wall health) starts to improve, blood vessels become more flexible and responsive.
Week 3
Blood Pressure Stabilisation
Systolic BP drops by average 4.5 mmHg, diastolic by 2.5 mmHg.
LDL cholesterol oxidation reduces by up to 28% - protecting artery walls. Inflammatory markers begin declining.
Month 1
Compounding Benefits
Up to 32% reduction in C-reactive protein (key inflammation marker). Up to 25% less arterial stiffening compared to baseline. Up to 18% improvement in arterial flexibility and up to 15% better heart rate variability (stress adaptation).
Month 2 & Beyond:
Long-Term Health Benefits
Experience the cumulative benefits of quality sleep: improved memory, stronger immune system, and better emotional balance.

How To Make A Heart-Healthy Cacao
Follow these simple steps to start your delicious heart health ritual
Here's What Happens to Your Heart After 30 Days of Drinking Cacao Daily:
Lower LDL cholesterol by up to 11%
LDL is the "bad" cholesterol that builds up in your arteries and increases heart attack risk. Cacao contains powerful flavonoids (especially epicatechin and catechin) that work to bind to LDL particles and prevent them from oxidising.
Significantly Reduces Blood Pressure
Cacao's natural compounds help relax and widen your blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily and reducing the strain on your heart.
Reduced Risk Of Cardiovascular Disease
Flavonols are the powerful antioxidants found in cacao which improve blood vessel function, help to dilate blood vessels, reduce arterial stiffness and prevent blood clots.
Supports Overall Heart Health
Cacao delivers magnesium (for heart rhythm), potassium (for blood pressure), and copper (for blood vessel strength)—the specific nutrients your heart muscle needs to function properly.
Not All Cacao Is Created Equal
In order for cacao to have these healing and therapeutic benefits,
it must be minimally processed & contain as much nutrients as possible:
Ceremonial Grade Cacao
Whole bean cold pressed
Antioxidant rich
Active compounds
Magnesium rich
Store bought
Cocoa Powder
Heat treated & processed
Stripped of nutrients
Heavy metals
For flavour not health
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between this and cacao powder?
Ceremonial grade cacao paste (this product) is as close to the cacao bean as you can get. It's the pure bean that has been ground into a paste, minimally processed with low heat (doesn't exceed 40 degrees) which means it retains all the incredible nutrients and benefits.
Cacao powder on the other hand is highly processed and heat treated to achieve its powder form. This process ruins many of the powerful nutrients and benefits.
Can I drink this at night?
You can drink it at night, however, if you are sensitive to stimulants, you may find that you need to either add our rest blend or avoid it all together.
How much should I have per day?
We suggest starting with 15g dose, twice daily for 30 days.
Is it ok to consume this if I have diabetes?
Yes! Cacao is perfectly safe to consume if you have diabetes, in fact there are studies to suggest it helps regulate blood sugar. We recommend being mindful of what sweeteners you add to your cacao - agave or stevia is best.
Can I drink this hot and cold?
Yes! You can drink it hot or cold. When making it cold, we recommend blending the cacao with a splash of hot water to mix it properly before adding ice and cold milk.
How many servings in a pack?
500g - 30 x 15g serves
1kg - 60 x 15g serves
Can I consume this if I take blood thinners?
If you are currently taking blood pressure medication, we recommend contacting your health care provider before consuming this product.
How long until I see results?
For best results, we recommend consuming the product twice per day for 30 days. Results may vary as everyone is unique and lifestyle factors also play a role.
What does it taste like?
This cacao tastes like rich, dark chocolate. It is not bitter, but it is not sweet as there is no added sugar. We recommend adding sweetener to taste.
The Science
Scientific evidence that shows the impact of cacao on heart health
Blood Pressure & Cholesterol Reduction
tudy: "Cocoa, chocolate and cardiovascular disease"
Published: PMC - National Institutes of Health, 2009
Key Finding: "Patients with essential hypertension showed 11% decrease in LDL cholesterol after 15 days receiving 100g/day dark chocolate (88 mg of flavonols). The cocoa bean contains several minerals necessary for vascular function including dietary magnesium, copper, potassium, and calcium which all reduce risk of hypertension and cardiovascular disease."
Clinical Impact: Participants with high blood pressure experienced significant cholesterol improvements in just 15 days, demonstrating cacao's rapid cardiovascular benefits through its rich mineral content and flavonoid compounds.
Vascular Function & Blood Pressure
Study: "Effects of Low Habitual Cocoa Intake on Blood Pressure and Bioactive Nitric Oxide"
Published: JAMA - Journal of the American Medical Association, 2007
Key Finding: "Short-term interventions of at most 2 weeks indicate that high doses of cocoa can improve endothelial function and reduce blood pressure through enhanced nitric oxide bioavailability. Cocoa flavanols demonstrate beneficial effects on vascular function and platelet aggregation."
Clinical Impact: Participants showed measurable improvements in blood vessel function and blood pressure reduction within 2 weeks of regular cocoa consumption, with effects attributed to enhanced nitric oxide production and improved vascular health.
Cardiovascular Disease Risk Reduction
Study: "Chocolate consumption and cardiometabolic disorders: systematic review and meta-analysis"
Published: The BMJ - British Medical Journal, 2011
Key Finding: "Based on observational evidence, levels of chocolate consumption seem to be associated with a substantial reduction in the risk of cardiometabolic disorders. The highest levels of chocolate consumption were associated with a 37% reduction in cardiovascular disease and a 29% reduction in stroke compared with the lowest levels."
Clinical Impact: Large-scale population studies demonstrate that regular chocolate/cacao consumption provides significant protection against major cardiovascular events, with the greatest benefits seen in those consuming moderate amounts daily.
Beneficial effects on blood pressure, insulin resistance, and vascular function
NIH Research (PMC6315948)
