Health Benefits of Ceremonial Cacao

Cacao paste is arguably one of the most nutrient-rich plant products on the planet, making it the perfect addition to your daily routine.
Outside of it being a sacred plant to earth, cacao's published scientific literature is enormous and extremely beneficial to health.

A Simple Guide to Preparing Ceremonial Cacao

step 1

Boil the kettle and let it sit while you make your cacao. You want the water to be hot, not boiling.

step 2

Put 20g of shaved ceremonial cacao into your blender with 80-120ml milk of your choice.

step 3

Add your sweetener of choice to taste. We love using honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar or stevia.

step 4

Add 100-150ml of hot water. Then blend for 10s or until frothy.
