Caramel Iced Cacao

As the weather heats up for summer here in Australia, hotter days call for colder drinks. Thanks to Vegan Of Aus, this festive twist on our iced cacao recipe is going to be your new go-to! 

Delicious, cooling, and packed with nutrition, this recipe can be made completely vegan, sugar free and gluten free. 


INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 cup of ice
  • 2 tbsp Cacao Collective shaved ceremonial grade cacao paste
  • 3/4 cup of milk of choice 
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1-2 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

*Optional toppings: Whipped coconut cream, Caramel sauce 

 

METHOD: 

  1. Dissolve sweetener and cacao in 2 tbsp of hot water. 
  2. In a high speed blender, add ice, milk and the cacao mixture, and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a cup, add your toppings and enjoy!
