INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup (40g) porridge oats (gf optional)
- 1tablespoon Cacao Collective cacao paste
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter (nut butter of choice)
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar or sweetener of choice (optional)
- 100ml milk / milk alternative
METHOD:
1. Pour the oats and cacao paste into a pan, then add the coconut sugar (if using) and milk, and stir to mix everything together.
2. Cook the porridge over a medium heat for 3–4 min, stirring, until it thickens and goes a dark, chocolatey colour – you can add more milk if you need to.
3. Pour the porridge into your bowl, add your tsp of nut butter and sprinkle any healthy toppings you want to use (extra cacao paste, banana, berries etc).
